How do I request a chiavari chair quote or a reservation?

The process is very simple. We will only need the following info to get started:

No problem. Most clients don’t initially know the final number they will need yet. The best rule of thumb is to reserve for the maximum number of invitations that will be eventually sent out. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all the major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks for the security deposit.

When do you deliver and pickup the chairs?

Our professional setup crew will deliver, setup, and pickup according to your event schedule and will be coordinated with your facility at least 1 week prior. We typically pick up on the same night immediately after your event concludes or the next morning.

Only %50 deposit is needed to hold your reservation. The remaining balance will then be due 2 weeks prior to your event based on your final count.

How much is the delivery, setup, and pickup fee?

The delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup fee is based on the distance of transport and number of chairs as well as the logistics of the venue. Chiavari Chairs Wedding guarantees the lowest rates for delivery, setup, and pickup.
